HOW IT WORKS

  1. Say it.

By voice or text, messy is fine. No need to think about order, time or priority.

  2. It splits.

Big tasks break into small steps. Only the first step stays on screen.

  3. Push it later.

    Swipe left and it’s gone. Postponing isn’t a failure, it’s a decision.

WHAT CROSSES YOUR MIND, WHAT YOU TELL AIDO

Designed to keep you calm.

ONE NOW

Always one task on screen.

One task in the middle, with its first step. The rest sits below, faded.

STILL

Nothing moves on its own.

Inside the app, things move only when you do something.

ONE COLOR

Amber only ever shows time.

Nothing else lights up to grab your attention.

EVENING

Steps count, not finished lists.

As the day ends, whatever’s left moves to tomorrow, quietly.

FAQ

Questions on your mind.

What is Aido Schedule?

Aido Schedule is a calm daily planner for scattered minds. You type or say what’s on your mind, messy is fine; Aido puts it in order, breaks big tasks into small steps and keeps only the one task for now on screen, with its first step. The rest waits below, faded.

Where can I use Aido?

Today on the web, in any browser, at schedule-web.myaido.app. The iPhone app is coming soon to the App Store.

Do I need an account to start?

No. You can start anonymously. An anonymous account lives only on that device; to keep your data, you can link your account with Apple or Google later.

Is Aido free?

The free plan includes manual planning and one AI plan per day. Pro is purchased through the App Store, renews automatically at the end of each period and can be cancelled at any time in your App Store account settings.

What happens to tasks I don’t finish?

Swipe a task left and it moves to later; postponing isn’t a failure, it’s a decision. As the day ends, whatever’s left moves to tomorrow, quietly. No red counters, no guilt.

What does it do with my calendar?

If you connect your calendar on iPhone, it is read on your device and only busy time ranges are sent to the server; event titles, attendees, locations and notes never leave your device. Busy ranges are used only for that planning request and are not stored. On the web, only free/busy information is read from Google Calendar.

How does the AI use my data?

So it can suggest a plan, the text you type or say, the related tasks and your busy ranges are sent to our AI provider, Anthropic. This data is not used to train the provider’s models. If you plan by voice, your recording is not kept once it has been turned into text. No advertising identifiers are collected and your data is not sold.

Can I export or delete my data?

Yes. You can export your data as a single file from the app settings and delete your account entirely; a deleted account’s plan data is permanently removed from our servers and backups within 30 days. For any other request: info@myaido.app.
